Charlene Yauch, P.E.

Dr. Yauch is an assistant professor in Industrial Engineering and Management at Oklahoma
State University. She is interested in the analysis, redesign, and implementation of manufacturing systems, with particular
emphasis on the human, social, and organizational aspects. She is a registered Professional Engineer and has over six years
of industry experience, encompassing a variety of industrial engineering roles at both large and small manufacturing companies.
In addition, she has conducted qualitative research on the impact of organizational culture on the cellular manufacturing
implementation process. Dr. Yauch has a unique multi-disciplinary background with degrees in engineering and sociology. She
is a member of IIE, ASEE, HFES, APICS, and NSPE.
