Current research interests include organizational structure and innovation and strategic management of technology. Winner of two Academy of Management Best Paper Awards. Served as instructor at Stephen F. Austin State University and Iowa Western Community College. Served as Ad Hoc Reviewer, Academy of Management Journal, Academy of Management Review, Administrative Science Quarterly, Journal of Management, Strategic Management Journal, and Strategic Management Society; Index Editor, Academy of Management Journal. Member of the Academy of Management; Past Board Member, Southwest Academy of Management.
