Dr. Camille DeYong, CQE

Dr. Camille Frye DeYong is an Assistant Professor in Industrial Engineering and Management at Oklahoma State University.  Prior to joining OSU, she taught at the University of Central Oklahoma and had several years’ experience in the transportation services industry.  She is an ASQ Certified Quality Engineer, and has served as an Examiner for the Oklahoma Quality Award.  Dr. DeYong has consulted and performed research with multiple service organizations, including the Oklahoma Department of Transportation, the U.S. Army Materiel Systems Analysis Activity and the City of Stillwater, Oklahoma, in the areas of performance metrics and customer satisfaction measurement.  She has presented numerous seminars on the topics of identifying performance metrics, strategic planning and life cycle costing.  She has authored six technical papers and one book chapter.  Her research interests are in the areas of total quality management, economic analysis and service quality.  Dr. DeYong is a member of IIE, ASQ, ASEE and Sigma Xi.
